Most of the fence was done very well but one of the posts shifted while the concrete was drying so the top has over a 1” tilt to it. When I brought it up, I was told there was nothing they could do about it which means they didn’t want to reset a new post for a cosmetic issue but now the first thing I see every day is a listing post.

For the gate, he only had 2 latches, I opted for the more expense one which ended up being a latch that looked like it should be on a barn door and not a residential gate. So I had to replace it but I take partial responsibility as I approved it without seeing it.

The fence was put along a garden bed and was told that wouldn’t be a problem but a number of the plants where flatted and trampled on and had to be pulled out.

"There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers.
