"It went really well! The tree crew who did the tree pruning did a wonderful job and they took down old, dead trees flawlessly - and completed the work in 1 day. We were very happy with the tree removal and pruning. The landscape crew was friendly, asked questions to clarify what we wanted, cleaned up and put away their tools each night. It was obvious they cared about the customer. A special shout out to Nate and Amanda in particular; they were nice and were great workers! First, a tremendous customer service story: Our front porch was rebuilt and replaced with Classicstone pavers, but the colors didn't match the colors we were shown and expected. We called as soon as we realized and insisted that they pull what they had just laid and re-install with a different color. The Wimberg designer, Julia, ensured that we the customer was satisfied, so she quickly provided us with actual pictures of three different pallets of pavers and allowed us to pick what we wanted (yes, she also gave a professional suggestion, too). The next day, the "bad" pavers were taken up and the "good" pavers re-installed! I was thoroughly impressed with the flexibility and the desire to satisfy the customer, even if it meant wasted time, effort and money that had to be re-done. I will be a lifetime customer - it reinforces why Wimberg has received the #1 landscaper award for the last several years. The rest of the job looks great, too! The selected boxwood shrubs and spruce trees look perfect - all similar shapes and sizes. The placing and positioning of new plantings followed our directions. As well, they nailed the final finishing touches: laying down a healthy amount of mulch, laying down seed and straw in the slightly damaged parts of the yard (even more than was expected), and cleaning up as if they'd never been there. We were very excited at the outcome and wholeheartedly recommend Wimberg. A couple footnotes worth mentioning: since they are in high demand, it may take some time to get to your job. Be patient and plan well in advance, they are worth the wait. Being a premium landscaper, they are not the cheapest; but if you're like me and willing to pay a premium price for premium quality and a high level of customer service, they are a great choice. It took a couple months from contract to scheduling, and all the jobs wrapped up within a 2-3 week timeframe. We were more than happy to wait until September for new plantings, so it worked out fine for us. We enjoy working with Julia; she is easy to work with and has a great customer-service orientation. She always responded promptly on nights and weekends to our emails, and followed through and did everything she said she would do. She is a huge asset to the Wimberg organization."

We only use sub- contractors for sprinkler systems, large tree work and grass mowing, which is done by other family members! Bill Enfinger bids jobs himself and is on every job with our two employees to ensure your satisfaction. We try hard to please our customers. We ask that payment is paid upon completion of work contracted. We have worked hard for thousands of customers here in Cincinnati and only have had but just a few that have found fault in our business or our services. Or just didn't like us. "I am honestly not sure his this company has 5 star reviews. Service has definitely went down hill. The response time and customer service is below average. Zach is very unresponsive and leaves messages unanswered. They were supposed to let me know at least one week before that they would be coming out, and I received a text the day before not even asking me if the date worked, but stating there would be a crew at my home. The owner Issac tries to do what is right, but unfortunately today 4/13/2024, I expressed 2 concerns that I have expressed 3 prior times to him and he keeps blowing me off ( 1 of them is a drain issue that could cause potential issues to my foundation) He knows it is an issue, but it’s a big deal to re do and fix. They charged me over 2,500 and knew this was one of my main concerns from day 1. They also will not come back and put anymore seed on my grass. They expect me to do that after 2,500. I tried to call Issac multiple times (the owner) and he blocked me. I tried from another number and yes I was blocked. Unbelievably unprofessional. I will be disputing all charges with my bank. My hope would be they would fix their mistakes and show true 5 star service!!!"

"Hired FSRG to install a sump pump in basement and a driveway trench drain in front of garage door. They installed the trench drain directly underneath the garage door and we had to insist that it be relocated. After the next heavy rain the sump pump vapor locked and water overflowed from sump well into the basement. FSRG would not address the vapor lock issue stating that they install these pumps all the time and they work fine. My biggest complaint is not that the job was plagued with problems but that I was made to feel like a problem customer when I informed FSRG of the issues with their installation."
