"Zak showed up on time, looked at my to be fixed list and went right to work. He was able to loosen the shut-off valves in both bathroom sinks, so we we didn't have to replace those. (I'm 70 and arthritic, no strength in my hands and wrists.) If the shower regulator goes wonky again, I should be able to fix it myself as Zac showed me how. No charge for that fix. The toilet needed a new flapper-apparently the el crappo one I had used was no good-it was worth the $15 charge to finally not have to turn the water on/off to use the toilet! The cost of the project includes the new faucet which I guess to be $80-100 retail range (a nice Delta basic with sprayer). It was not a simple replumb; there were some challenges getting the old faucet out as parts were rusted and fused. Zac explained everything along the way, took care not to make a big mess and cleaned up after he was done. Took about 3 hours start to finish, including the time Zac took to go purchase the faucet and get the special tools needed to cut apart the old rusted parts. They will be coming back to install some shower rails for us after they get the parts. I will be calling these folks for any more plumbing repairs I need. I was so nice to call and actually talk to a live person and not play phone tag. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they were here the next Monday morning as promised. This was a non-emergency call. BTW-they do charge $85 for a service call. This was work Plumb Tech originally did in December 2017. I had washed dishes in a dishpan and when I dumped the dishpan, water gushed all over the floor. I called they sent a tech over immediately-here in about 20 minutes. Turns out my old house and somewhat wobbley sink cabinet contribute to loosening the joints. The tech re-attached everything and tightened all the joints as much as possible. Everything is now working fine again. Done at no additional charge to me. I really need to have new cabinets installed so the sink will not move even a little, but the house is not worth that expense at this point. (We will be investigating some way of stabilizing things.) I really appreciate the fast response and not being charged."

"Installed one light fixture and repaired one fixture. |They were unable to install a second fixture (wrong type) and unable to resolve a second repair outlet.  When they were unable to install the priority fixture due to being the wrong type, I had to scramble to find other work for them to do to fill the two hour commitment and get my money's worth.  They were unable to refund unused time.  The offer was for two hours electrical work for $100 and did not quite work out so well for me."

"Very good work. Door looks wonderful. Took his time and did the job right. This is the second tone I’ve used Jeff, and I won’t hesitate to use him again when I next need something."

"Simply outstanding job - from start to finish. Highly recommend. Couldn't be happier with the work - the before and after on my home is amazing. The house required several dry rot repairs, was extensively caulked prior to painting. All trim, gutters, down spouts, and siding were in need of paint. Dadstasks is an excellent family owned company. Kelly was very clear in the estimate, timing to begin the project, and kept me in the loop of the schedule changes over the rainy season. Daryll was very helpful in his advise on house color, and in keeping with the neighborhood colors. Anthony, Kasey, Courtney are exceptional painters - have a very high standard and inspect their work everyday. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Dadstask, and would highly recommend for painting projects."

"I called in the morning and explained my problem. Aaron said he could show up to take a look within a couple of hours. He showed up barely two hours later, as promised, inspected the situation and gave me a verbal estimate and said he could be back to fix it after lunch. I agreed and he left. Sure enough around 12:30 he came back with his equipment and assistant and they fixed my problems by 2:00pm. I was working when they finished but he called to let me know they were done and sent me pictures of the work before covering the pipe back with dirt. I am very pleased with the professionalism (which is a rare thing nowadays) and the punctuality. The work quality looks good but time will tell. Overall I am very happy with the experience and would certainly recommend this business. I plan to begin using them to perform maintenance in the future."

"Jason sent 2 younger people to do the painting at my house but they were very good and he came both days to check on them and follow up with me to make sure I was happy with their work."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"I remember that they came and were very prompt and professional. I know I was pleased with them because I called them back out a year later for another cleaning."

"Excellent! Very professional and courteous."

"It was great. They were on time, very efficient, clean, they left my house clean as it was very, respectful, great energy and worked together. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
