House was power washed (they even did the fences around the house as a courtesy!), they removed a satellite dish, cables/wiring and patched holes, taped up windows and doors prior to spraying the house and balcony - house looks completely new! They were prompt in their estimate and scheduling, price was fantastic (I had gotten 5 estimates and theirs was the best) and I am very pleased with the work.
