"I could not be happier with Bob and his sons, they came to install a laminate floor in my bedroom, worked 11 hours and got what would have been at least a 2 day job, done in one day! The work was exceptional and the floor looks beautiful! I would absolutely hire Polion flooring again!"

"Domenic was very professional and had his contractors come in and do the work. The tile people were excellent. They put a new sub floor in and then tiled. They were very thorough and clean. The contractor who did the hardwood floors were nice--but not as thorough. After the floors were laid down and my husband and I examined the floors, we noticed gaps between the boards that were very noticeable. We also noticed that there was putty covering holes and did not look right. We contacted Domenic and he came and looked at it and agreed that it was not done right. So, he had the contractor come out and redo what he had messed up on. This meant he had to take out about six boards that were glued down and put new ones in. This took a nearly a whole day. I was displeased with this contractor because he should have checked his worker's work before leaving the site. We were pleased with how professional Domenic was over this situation and how fast he took care of it. The people who came in to do the carpet were great. They did it fast and and it looks very nice. We love all of our new floors. We were surprised how easily our hardwood floors dent--especially since they are high end floors. The experience, overall, was a good one."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We needed 300 square feet of parquet in living room and 200 square feet of oak flooring in bedroom refinished before new tenants arrived. They were last refinished 15 years ago and other than scratches and dull finish, they were in good condition. We sent Jason pictures of the rooms and indicated we need 4 coats of water-based polyurethane since there will be a newborn (do not want fumes and want the finish to last). He provided a prompt estimate at a good price and was able to meet our timeline (needed within 2 weeks). When the new tenants requested to move in a day early, I contacted Jason and he ensured the floors will be ready and dry in time. The floors in the empty house were done on Tuesday & Wednesday and were ready for the new tenants on Thursday. They cleaned up the dust from the surfaces and sent me pictures of the floors after they put on the last coat of polyurethane. The floors glisten with the new finish. They left the floor grates for the heating system in the rooms for me to pop back in since the finish needed drying before reinstallation. It took me about 5 minutes to put them all back in. We are pleased with the work from Square 1 and recommend that you consider them for floor refinishing."

"My initial window install (21 windows) had mixed results. 20 windows were installed on day one. 7 of these windows needed to be adjusted on day two (I noticed the problems not the installer). The installers were very friendly and corrected the issues. The wrapping of the external sills was also inconsistent. Wrapping not tacked, cut incorrectly therefore sloping towards the window and lack of caulking. The painters took care of the lack of caulking. I fixed the tacking issues. That being said, I was very happy with Larry's work this past Monday on fixing the first floor bathroom window and for re-cutting the wrapping on the front window that was slopping back into the house. He did an excellent job. Larry clearly articulated the problems and corrected them. I think it would be great if Larry's attention to detail could be passed onto the team that installed my windows. Larry is a great asset for your company."
