I thanked him for this and he said ‘we want to be sure it is as clean or cleaner when we leave’ and he did! A job that would take about an hour. We were not looking to add new outlets or hard wire anything. Just fixture swaps for cosmetic reasons. Given the other quotes I got and what I was asking to do, their prices were more than double which to me was excessive and unacceptable. If you have a serious problem or need I'm sure they would do a great job. If you are simply looking to improve the look of your home with new fixtures you have already purchased I suggest going to a handy man not this company."

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.
