"Background: Unfortunately over 10 year period I missed 2-3 years running of resealing myself or hiring someone else to do. I never used nor would allow cheap materials to be used. The overall results of Superior Asphalt's were far superior to all the many years of "bucket based" resealing. This year I wanted another seal and the cracks I had paid for last year addressed. I repurchased this package. Superior came next day addressed everything and told me to call Angie's and ask for a refund for this year's work! The Estimate - Pete came promptly to my home to give me an estimate on the work requested.  He spent so much time with me listening to my desires and taking the time to explain how we could make them work, things that wouldn't work, and giving me ideas that I never even thought of.  There was never a moment where he rushed me, cut me off, or pushed an agenda on me; that was quite refreshing.  
The Work - Pete and his crew arrived at the time indicated to begin work.  Before they started he told me what to expect, what they would be doing and about how long it would take.  His expectation management and time estimation were on point and made me feel comfortable knowing what goals I could expect to be reached each day.  His work was done impeccably and with no disturbance to my home, my existing landscaping or lawn!  Their craftsmanship is excellent, their attention to detail is amazing, and everything was done with pride as if they were working on their own home. 
Warranty - During the fall I had a few EXTREMELY small issues, this was two months after everything was completed.  I gave Pete a call and explained the problem and he came out as soon as he had time (which was quite quick) to rectify the problem.  He stands by his company and his work, he will never leave you high and dry; a true businessman.  More construction companies should have the pride that Heritage does, these are people who actually and genuinely care about their customers.

"Wow! Anthony and his crew were great! Had to wait a few weeks to get the project started, but showed up as promised and delivered excellence! His crew worked sun up to sun down to get everything done on time. Bond posted and permit with town all went smoothly. The coordination of cement truck and even helping lower water & sewage pipe in driveway was no issue. Anthony demonstrates absolute professionalism and is a real pleasure to work with. "If there were 6 stars, that's what I would give Ultimate Asphalt! The owner, Ryan was prompt, polite and most important, very knowledgeable. My project was a tough one. A very steep, long and winding driveway. My major concern was traction. I discussed it with Ryan who explained what they would do to give me the best traction possible. I was impressed and his price was very competitive. We scheduled the job and he called me shortly thereafter to tell me that he could do it earlier and the weather was favorable. They showed up on time and were very meticulous! They applied the sealcoat by hand, added copious amounts of sand for traction and brushed it out laterally to give more tooth. We have had a few good rainfalls since they did the job. Everything is holding well and the traction is excellent. They filled all cracks and repaired holes before the job. It looks fabulous and I could not be more pleased. If every contractor were as fastidious as Ryan, we would have no need for Home Advisor!!!"
