Mark Scala promptly came to our house this Saturday morning and had cleared the clog at the main trap. Having just come in from a long flight the night before, Mark was very courteous , professional and indicated he'd be right over within the hour. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."
