"That one's interesting.  The initial work was really good and I was pleased with that.  Then I needed them to do some follow up work.  They're slow to get back on doing the follow up work and I withheld payment until the work was completed and they basically kind of, actually they called me today looking for payment and I said well you guys have some follow up work now and I will gladly pay you once that's completed.  To be honest  the owner wasn't very cooperative on the phone so it didn't go as well as I had hoped so hopefully he will do some follow up tonight and I'll send a check tomorrow.  It's been two weeks since I've brought up the follow up work and when they followed up it was to come collect payment and not complete the follow up work so.  Assuming all goes well with them calling me back, that one's tough, would I use them again in the future?  I would say no. Brick Preservation came highly recommended from a close family friend. They exceeded all expectations from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. 1 month after the job was completed I even received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the job.

The work crew was led by James himself. It was completed 2 days prior to his original estimate and the cost was just under the original quote.

The new mortar color and texture was a perfect match to the original from 1957. He was even able to reuse some of the original brick and match the replacement brick perfectly.

The work was performed safely and the crew was very professional at all times while they were at my home. The work area was kept neat while the work was performed and was spotless when he finished. (This was important to me because I have 3 young children and a large dog)
