He even offered to come out in middle of the night, but we were able to wait until the following morning after another appointment. He kept me informed of his arrival via text which was perfect. "I am a bit late with this review but it's because things have been so hectic. Anyway, my sump pump failed so my basement flooded. The guy they sent out was an outstanding plumber. He not only installed a new sump pump but he used a piece of 2X4 to fasten it to the cinder block wall and it is so much quieter! Outstanding work, done quickly but with care, as if he was fixing his own sump! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"
