Sheldon and his team recently finished putting a 'new roof' on our home, I highlight 'new roof' because they delivered more than just new shingles. Ridgecon installed modern intake venting and roof peak venting that is making a difference in the attic venting on hot days. I do not see this attention to detail in other new roofs being installed in my neighborhood. I was careful in my selection of Ridgecon as I had 11 proposals, all from highly recommended companies. Many did not offer the expertise Ridgecon provided. On top of that, Ridgecon was very competitive in pricing. "Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

No searching for painter to fix boards and paint, rotted boards and other areas fixed and LOOKS very good to the eye. However, There were several nails left in the yard (I've picked up 9 so far, Son has picked up 4). As a matter of fact, we got a flat with one of your nails stuck in the tire. {Same nails used on roofing, which is why I gave Overall a 4, other than the fact that there's ALWAYS room for improvement} Overall, love what was done!!! "Not good in the beginning. However, we they turned on their vacuum it blew dirt and dust from previous jobs into us into our living. room causing quite a mess . They did apologize it offered us a discount on future jobs. When I called them back to service other areas in the house or have someone to call that they would handle the job that we need it done however it is November and I've not heard back from them since.

"Please read until end!!! The technician did a good job until he made a mistake during his inspection which caused an issue in our home.  The fireplace was not sealed off when he de-pressurized the house, which is part of the energy assessment, as a result there were ashes which were blown into my living room.  The tech and I spent about an hour cleaning the mistake, needless to say, I was not very happy.  Even though, I did not make a "stink" about this initially, about 6 months later, I got an email asking for a review which I responded to with this information.  About 5 minutes later, I received a call from Blanket Insulation about the issue. After I told them what had occurred, they insisted  that I have my carpets and couches cleaned thoroughly by a professional and that we send them the bill which they would re-imburse us for!  Blanket Insulation was only concerned about doing the right thing. There were no strings attached.  I am a very busy guy who usually does not have time to write reviews good or bad, but I had to share my experience because I believe it is a rare thing to find a company who would care enough to do this!  Although, we have not spent the money to do the full insulation package, when we decide to pull the trigger on it, we will look no further than Blanket Insulation!
