He asked me a lot of questions which help us figure out what to do. One of my floor drains isn't holding water so he installed a test plug. This did help. I appreciate the company not trying to push a big plumbing job on me. I still get the smell when it rains, but I now know what to check for thanks to Jerry. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable.
