On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"I am sorry to have to post this review because Mike was terrific= he was knowledgeable, quick and professional in installing a new irrigation system for us. He even fixed a problem in the frost-free spigot that was plaguing us for two years! The problem is that when he was done, he gave me a 10 minute tutorial on how to work the system and said "don;'t hesitate to call me if you have any problems". After he left, I discovered that he hadn't finished the job- there was one bed still left without pipes. I also wasn't that clear about how to set the system. However, since he left that day there has been radio silence. I hope that nothing bad has happened to him because he doesnt seem like that kind of guy to do this, but now I have a system that is incomplete and I'm not sure how to use!"
