Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. Our manager had used Lyster before to re-roof a similar one of his other properties and recommended Lyster."

"prepped all areas - moved and covered all furniture and appliances and also covered all floors, took down curtain rods, and hardware, patched all walls, caulked doors where seams had cracked, painted all trim and doors too.  Painted all rooms and ceilings. Attention to detail is awesome and goes above and beyond to point out little things here and there and make sure everything is done right.   Just one example: made special trip to store to get a door stop for us that was missing.  Even hung a couple of new light fixtures for me which was a big help, especially light in 2 story foyer.   Very clean - cleaned whole area before they left each day.  Punctual and pleasant to work with. <br />"
