"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

We spoke about the repair needed. It took him a week or two to get out to the property to survey the damage. I put in a couple of calls along the way. Once he got out, he told me when he could get to it and that suited us fine. He offered some constructive suggestions that were actually a bit less than we wanted to do regarding the repair.
