"At UR Service came out to repair our washing machine recently and Michael Osborne did a tremendous job.  He carefully diagnosed a very difficult and complex problem and resolved our issues.  He was so professional, careful and helpful.  He also mentioned to me that it might be valuable for me to ensure that my dryer was regularly serviced to prevent fires from lint build up around the electrical parts of the dryer.  I asked if he would help with this and upon opening up the dryer, it was apparent that I had already had a fire inside and it was extremely fortunate that Michael was there to clear out the lint on the inside to prevent further fires.  Michael was a lifesaver. <br /> I would highly recommend Michael's and the company's service. <br />"
