"While we did not hire Sanders and Sons, it was very easy to set up an estimate with Tim and talk through everything. We got an estimate in a very timely manner that included pictures of the work area with color-coded highlighting showing what would be done, and a detailed explanation of steps and materials used was provided. "I had another landscaper out to grade my back lot so that I could plant a lawn. The other guy left a giant hole and big ruts in the yard and left with all my money. Nagas came out to fix what the other guy did and finish the job. They removed several large root balls leftover from fallen trees, dug out some grape vines and ivy, and graded the whole lot to make it ready for grass seed. They ended up doing it in two sessions because of ground moisture and when the regular skid steer wouldn't work because of moisture Jason arranged to have a track loader finish the job. I didn't pay for any of the job until it was all complete. I am now ready for grass seed in time for planting season. I am very happy with the work they did and the cost!
