"I was looking for whole house siding replacement and Buck was able to come out quickly, provide expert advice on the potential job, and provide an estimate just as quick. This was something that we didn't get from some of the other sales people who came out. We decided against the whole house and wanted to get some patching and painting done instead. While he wasn't in a position to provide repair work he did provide the number of a painter that he uses for his own needs, which was above and beyond what I would expect from a company after I'd already declined his offer. The estimate provided was close or better than the other estimates we received. If we had gone whole house replacement, we would've chosen Eagle for the job."

"The work went pretty well overall. The work was done quickly--over two days--and efficiently. There was some problem with one of the roofers swearing (we have small kids at home) and some of our neighbor's plants got trampled. The biggest concern was with the person who did the estimate. Communication was delayed a number of times. Also, the original estimate for the flat roof section was several thousand dollars too low. Happily, replacing the flat roof was a separate section of the bid and we decided not to pursue that part of the project. However, the estimator should have gotten onto the flat roof section while doing the initial estimate to have gotten a more accurate read of the situation."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"This is an excellent company to work with. We re-roofed and re-sided our house (fascia and gutters too). We first met with Addison back in March and after walking around the house, it was decided that our cables needed to get buried since the electrical pole was in an awkward spot and the reason we were getting water damage in one window (couldn't be flashed or guttered properly). By the time we got the electrician to install the new box and Xcel to do the bore and re-connect, it was the end of August. (With Covid, Xcel was extremely backed up.) Work began on our house Sept. 22 and it took 2 weeks to complete the project. It looks AMAZING. The different crews were meticulous and took care to clean up the yard each night. Willie and his crew did the siding and he is top-notch. You couldn't have a better team re-siding your house. Roofing crew was outstanding as well. Aaron was our go-to during the job (Addison bid the job and we talked over the months as we were waiting on Xcel). Aaron was there most mornings and followed up with me over the phone as needed. He was always prompt and professional in dealing with any issues or concerns (which are bound to come up on a larger job). I couldn't recommend working with Wright-At-Home enough. You'll be happy you did."

"TCSP is a company you can trust. I felt that they cared about my project from start to finish, but what really impressed me was their high standards. After they started putting on the siding, our foreman (Craig) noticed some imperfections in the materials. These were small imperfections and something I noticed but didn't think twice about until he called it out. Another company might have continued with the job and waited to see if the customer said anything, but Craig and Curt stopped work right away, ordered new product, explained to me what was happening, and gave me an adjusted timeline for completion once the new siding arrived. The end product is fantastic and our 100+ year old house is revitalized. We spent over a year talking to TCSP about our project and I met with Rob (sales) multiple times. I lost track of how many times I emailed Rob with questions or to have him run costs from me "one more time" after I had changed my mind about something. Rob responded immediately and provided thorough answers and walked me through my options patiently. I never felt pressured and TCSP provided fair discounts for any work that I wanted to complete myself. Curt (project manager) was available to me by phone/text throughout the project and walked me through everything before they started work. Craig (foreman) and Corey managed to make all the weird angles and imperfections on our house look neat, and that is saying something. The job site was spotless every day and when I noticed one small problem after the work was completed, they came back immediately and fixed it right away. I would highly recommend TCSP to anyone considering installing Hardie Board on their house. With a job as important as residing your house, you want to know that it is done right. TCSP uses the recommended materials, and has the expertise to give you that peace of mind."
