He arrived on the scheduled repair date on time and was very personable. We walked the property and pointed out the problem areas. Unfortunately, Albert indicated he did not have the appropriate equipment on his truck and he would need to reschedule for a later date when he could bring out a taller ladder. Albert was not able to reschedule prior to leaving town for another project and indicated it would be at least a month before he could come back. We did not want to wait and so we cancelled the deal.  <br> <br>I do want to add that Albert was very helpful in providing advice on an area where we had some prior work done. He recommended a product but could not remember the name so he went to Home Depot that day and sent me a picture of the product along with instructions to install.
