"Great! Max did a beautiful job, using the materials that I supplied. I highly recommend Max for your carpet and flooring needs!"

"They did a great job on our floors...but did not fully disclose what all would and would not be done on the facia/sofit replacement. We agreed to add what we thought was included to the scope of work but his workers would never come back and finish to job so we are left to figure it out."

"I needed a bathroom remodel and I was stuck on who to go with, ended up choosing Brix Craft and they did NOT disappoint, they’re easy to work with, very professional, timely and clean from start to finish. I will definitely be choosing them for all future projects"

"I would recommend and use Floor Max again. Locally owned. The owner, Max, is knowledgeable, skilled, reliable and does a wonderful professional job along with his crew. I would highly recommend."

"Mendez and team did a phenomenal job removing the different outdated flooring and installing LVP flooring that I had purchased. The team did such a great job that when I remove the carpet in the rest of the home, they’ll be the team that I hire to do so. The first photo is what it looked like and the second is the installed LVP flooring"

"We have recently moved into our home here in Vestavia. We love our home however, the floors were very outdated. After looking around a friend had recommended New Floors llc. Edwin has gone above and beyond with every step of this process. Including, the start with a free quote. He gave us a detailed estimate and even went through multiple options of carpet, vinyl and hardwood. I was very pleased with having multiple options and having his explanation made it easier to make our choice. We wanted a specific style and he was able to match our expectations."

"David was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I called this morning to make an appointment and he was able to come in just a few hours. He did a fantastic job re-stretching my carpet and even cleaned up after he was finished! Overall, the experience was great. I would definitely recommend him to my friends for any of their flooring needs."

"Fabulous job at an honest price! Repaired/replaced toilet, flange, subflooring and vinyl flooring in 4 days! I'm planning on re-hiring for more jobs in the future. They were neat and tidy, very considerate and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. Many thanks, guys!"

"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it.
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.
