"A Dry Pro team came out today and installed a "crawlspace drainage system". Jonathan the team leader, came to me first thing this morning with full specifications and scaled drawings of the project. We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. Jonathan took beginning, unprocessed and completed photos and videos. The team cleaned up the worksite beautifully. While Taylor and Edwin finished loading the truck I went over the job and viewed the photos and videos Jonathan had taken. "To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatment. DO not use this service. They charged a 175 diagnostic fee which was completely understandable the first time that the technician came out. The technician was evaluating the washer for an hour and reset the motherboard. I was told that it might not fix the problem and that they might have to come back out but that the return visit would be covered by the 175$ initial fee. I called back the next day because the problem was not fixed and rescheduled a return visit. I unfortunately was not in the house that day due to having to work. The technician said that it would need a sensor replaced and proceeded to charge another 275$. They have now charged 450$ for a washer thats only worth about that much and its still broken. I have used other services in the past and I regret not going with them. This company is nothing but a scam looking to nickle and dime you out of whatever money they can. I talked to Tiffany who titled herself as the manager and told me that there was no one else I could talk to."
