"Holly expedited my quote and the new roof was quickly completed. Especially notable was the additional work needed underneath the old roof, and the speed at which the crew did the extra labor and obtained more materials. I was grateful AvilaNelson roofing was able to fit in my job fast because I had leaks which were getting worse. They were very easy to work with, the crew was professional, and all debris removed when they were done."

"I was pleased with the honest appraisal of L. Lester on the roof's condition. After his walk-over he showed me pictures he had taken of where the leaks were coming from. He repaired the two leaks in a timely manner and at a cost I was very pleased with. He also answered questions I had on roofs in general and made me more comfortable in making my decision as well. Very professional employee."

"Elijah Whicker was phenomenal! He arrived on time, did an excellent installation of flours in three bedrooms, installed quarter round, and was super meticulous, neat, courteous and a true professional. I recommend him wholeheartedly for any work in anyone’s home His work ethic is outstanding. I couldn’t be more impressed and pleased with Mr Whicker and his work"

"Amazing, very professional, on-time, clean work,"

"I give Kevin, and his crew my highest recommendation. Quality work, clean up, and excellent communication. I needed my back deck rebuilt, and a new roof put on after some storm damage. I was highly impressed with the new roof, and decided to have the roof extended over the new deck in the process. We now have a really cool outside area to use that we never utilized before. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. I will be having them back out to do some additional work on my carport soon."

"Needed emergency roof fix. He came out and fixed my issue. Very kind. Very respectfull and understanding great service"

"Very good. They came out to look at everything. They are very good about showing me the problem and what they do and the product they use and the time frame . They told me how long it would take. They showed up on time. Very courteous."

"Blue Star helped repair our deck after a tree fell on it this past summer and destroyed the stairs and landing. Their team did great work and built the staircase back better than it was before. I especially like how they used 2 inch material for the stair treads instead of that typical stair tread stuff. His price was very fair and once they started, the project went very quickly. Like ANY building project, there were a few unexpected things that happened along the way, but each time Jacob went the extra mile to make things right. I know Blue Star has seen some negative reviews but our experience in December ‘22 and January ‘23 has been very positive. We are super happy with the new stairs and I’ll probably have them tackle our kitchen remodel next."

"They worked efficiently and overall did an excellent job! Missed a few finishing spots but quickly painted where they missed. Spilled a little paint on the roof while painting dormiers but said the painter accidentally slipped on the roof. Over all excellent work and would rehire again. They will be back to do some more work for me in the future. Thank you Jesus and Hector!"

"My experience with Quality Roofing System was exceptional. I was kept informed from start to finish. Daniel Plemmons and his crew did an excellent job on replacing old wood and putting on a new roof. Professional, Courtesy, Prompt and Great Quality Work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Quality Roofing System and I will definitely use them again."
