Never Hire a 3rd party vender from Costco, Water Softener Rep. sent a guy to my home with no experience, or knowledge of plumbing. Really bad buisness, they dont clean up or repair after the job. After 30 min cutting holes in the ceiling of my garage for a water main?! Yes I said Ceiling. It didn't end well with all parties. "The team was always punctual and courteous and these are the only good qualities of this painter. Although the price was approximately 30% less than other bids I received from licensed vendors, this experience was the epitomy of getting what you pay for. For reasons I don't understand, Miguel changed the color that I chose for my doors, trim and window sills. As a result, the four-day job turned into a five-day job because I asked to have these items repainted to the color that I selected. As for clean-up, there was virtually none outside of the paper and plastic that was supposed to protect items not being painted. I am still scraping up overspray from the windows, furniture, fixtures, and my new bamboo floor that was installed only days before the painting began. I have broken light bulbs, light fixtures and about 20% of my electrical cover plates were either cracked or broken beyond repair as they were replaced with an electric drill. Finally, I have various blemishes on my walls that I asked Miguel to fix prior to painting. He assured me he would. To my surprise, they were not fixed although Miguel did say that it was the best he could do given that he does not fix texture blemishes. If he had he told me this before he painted, I would have had the repairs done and then he could have painted. Instead, I now have to have the blemishes repaired and then repaint. All-in-all, this was not a good experience and I do not recommend this painter."

"Contacted Bruce Marshall (owner) and informed him of leak and damage to linen closet and surrounding areas. He came over the same day to inspect and provide a work estimate. His crew arrived the next day to "dry out" all infected areas as well as remove all water damaged dry wall as well as attic insulation that had been ruined because of water. All work took about a week and was professionally done and looked as good as the original. We were pleased with the work. Would recommend !!"

"I was in the middle of a master  bathroom renovation that I did not finish (for years!) along with a second bathroom bump-out into the first bathroom's master bedroom. Part of the master bathroom problems was a door I moved and poorly hung. Victor did a walk through stated he needed to buy supplies and that they would be in addition to the $Deal. He went, he came back with a sheet of drywall, corner beading and a sack of mud and handed me the receipt. Victor swung into action REHUNG the master bathroom door, closed up SIX wall openings with drywall, installed the corner beading and did the rough mud work on the walls. His work is AMAZING. I knew when I bought the $Deal that there was no way the he could complete all the wall work in one day...but he came close. We negotiated the price to finish the job and again he was reasonable and I reimbursed him for the supplies he bought. He also gave me  an estimate on repairing the ceiling in the master bedroom. I wish I had known about Victor sooner. He lives in Henderson and he will be back working on my home many, many times.
