"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"HIGHLY Recommend!! Shani and another woman from her team (sorry I don't remember her name!) came to our house last week and did an AMAZING job cleaning our 2bd/2ba condo. Shani mentioned on the phone that the service they'd be providing would be a regular cleaning service and not a "deep clean" though it was so thorough it looked and felt like a deep clean to me and my husband! WOW. They made our house sparkling clean in 2 hours and didn't miss a thing. We've had cleaners in the past not move items to dust (dusted around, ya know?) but not a surface was missed. Several days later my husband was still pointing things out that were cleaned very thoroughly. We appreciate the attention to detail and care that Shani and her team took with our home. "We had several meetings first discussing the initial design and then working together to make sure the site would function as needed.   Sam was instrumental in pointing out what needed to be done in order to ensure the sites long term viability.  Instead of taking shortcuts she recommended the best technology that would last over the next several years.  She has recently relocated into new offices and has just hired another designer.  During the past few months she has been very busy in getting her business setup for the future.  In one of our meetings she mentioned that she had been taking more time than she would like in finding a designer to work with, but  that she is "Very Picky".  We have another web site which we need to have upgraded and her new designer has experience using the technology which we will need, so I am glad that Sam is "Picky".  I would recommend working with Web & Moore to others and look forward to a long term relationship."

"Shiann is by far the best housecleaner that I have ever had, and I have had many! She arrived on time and cleaned my house truly from top to bottom! She is very detail oriented and even cleaned each and every crystal that she carefully removed from my light fixture, and then carefully reassembled it. She cleaned all of my fixtures in this manner, as well as the faucets in the bathroom and the kitchen. Shiann moved furniture that was not too heavy to move so that she could clean under and around the pieces. She also cleaned under my bed. Shiann said that she loves her work, and it shows! "We had a leak in a laundry room wall. This wall joins the bathroom and part of the wall had to be removed. This meant that the sink etc in the laundry room were removed as was the toilet in the bathroom. There was not a lot of mold but we decided to go with mold remediation to make sure we got everything. There were several men working for a few days, all of them very professional and knowledgeable. Louis was our main contact person and he was so easy to communicate with and available to answer any questions. He was organized, did what he said he was going to do and did it in the time frame he promised. There was excellent communication between  Drymaster and  the mold inspection company we also hired. They followed the directions of the inspection company and had completed everything correctly for the post inspection, which was clear.

"Tina, Andre, Khalid, and Gregory did a great job. They cleaned more deeply than I've ever been cleaned, and they were great about helping me with things that involved reaching high places. They were also very nice and considerate. An excellent job. I'll recommend them for sure. On Friday they got caught in traffic due to an accident, but this morning they came 25 minutes early and stayed double the contracted time, with 4 cleaners rather than three, so they could perform extra services."

The company brings its own cleaning supplies and the women on the cleaning crew were competent and pleasant.   The company is fine for a simple house-cleaning job.   However, they were not prepared for post-construction cleaning, didn't seem to have experience at post-construction cleaning, and the painters complained they were disruptive and inexperienced.

The company's listing here mentions post-construction cleanup as part of their expertise.   I asked at the beginning of the job for the crew's #1 priority to be vacuuming up all the construction dust.   The company was unprepared, having brought only 1 small vacuum - the owner returned 2 hours after start time with a 2nd vacuum cleaner.  Neither the owner nor the crew seemed to understand the need to vacuum up the pervasive dust.  I personally spent at least 3 hours vacuuming while they were cleaning.  

The painters complained repeatedly about them, and said they had not seen a post-construction cleanup without major vacuuming.
