"I was in the market for a Mitsubishi high energy efficient a/c unit.  I contacted four contractors and Jerry (owner of Temp-Rite) was the only one who measured and reviewed the layout of my rooms to establish he number of BTUs needed for the compressor and inside air units. He reviewed the size and location of the windows, and discussed the best locations for the inside units to get the maximum effect.  I had very little space to put the compressors outside.  Jerry was the only one who recommended the compressors be hung on the outside wall, high enough to be out of sight (these compressors are thin). Jerry is a certified Mitsubishi installer, and because of that, my manufacturer's warranty was extended to seven years.  Jerry also had the best price of the four contractors.  The two gentleman who installed the units were knowledgeable, considerate, polite and worked very hard. Because the men worked well into the night, it took only 3 days for installation.  Before they left, they made sure everything worked and went over instructions with me to make sure I knew how to run my new systems.  Jerry and Sharon ( from his office )were always available to me to answer any question I had.  They completed all the rebate papers and sent them to the manufacturer.  I just waited for the check. And, they provided my written factory warranty.  I didn't have to do a thing, Jerry and Sharon took care of it all. Today, a year latter, I have had no problems with my units. I am extremely satisfied with the product and installation. I highly recommend this company for their workmanship and integrity. <br />"

"The Short Review: <br /> If you need electrical work done, and you want someone who will do a thorough, detail-oriented job, look no further and hire Larry.  He has done 2 substantial jobs for me in as many years, and he is absolutely excellent.  He is responsive, honest, detail-oriented, punctual, thoughtful, easy to deal with, fairly priced, and efficient. <br /> When he worked on our jobs, we would leave in the morning, come home at night, and it was like an electrical magician had been in our house.  There would be no mess whatsoever, but tasks from our list would appear perfectly completed.  I was very impressed with his work, and I?m fussy about house projects. <br /> I really wish all of the contractors I?ve dealt with were like Larry.  I know anytime I need any electrical work in the future, I?ll be going back to him. <br /> The Long Review: <br /> In August of 2014 my wife and I purchased a 104 year-old house in Narberth, PA, which we knew needed knob and tube wiring remediation, and a new electrical panel (the original one was a ?split-bus? panel).  There were also a bunch of other convenience things we wanted done, like lights in closets and stairwells, ceiling fans in bedrooms, 200 amp service, recessed lighting, etc. <br /> After speaking to a couple of electricians who were underwhelming, I was beginning to regret our decision to buy an older house.  Luckily, a friend of mine recommended Larry, who did a bunch of rewiring on a 70+ year-old house in Wynnewood, PA.  I contacted Larry through his website, and he responded quickly, and was out to give us an estimate within the week.   <br /> During the estimate, he walked all through our house, patiently answered all of my questions, and took his time figuring out the solutions to how he would solve our wiring issues with the minimal impact to the house.  At the end of our first meeting, I knew Larry was the guy for the job.  I could just tell he knew his stuff. <br /> Due to budgetary constraints, we decided to prioritize our work into 2 jobs, which we had Larry complete a little over a year apart.  We started the first job in November 2014, which was the larger of two jobs.  We had a new panel put in, with an upgrade to 200 amp service, several convenience lights added, receptacles and a ceiling fan installed, a new bathroom exhaust fan installed, coax and speaker wiring re-routed, and had an additional light switch added to our kitchen.  Several of the circuits in our house still were knob and tube, which Larry upgraded to new wiring.  We paid about $7100.00 for this work. <br /> The second job was completed in January 2016, which included installation of recessed lights, more knob and tube remediation, convenience wiring of coax cables, wiring of an extra outlet in our kitchen, and tidying of legacy wiring in our basement. This job was about $4200.00. <br /> Both jobs were completed cleanly and on time, with excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.  We couldn?t be happier with the work Larry and his guys did for so many reasons, but probably the most important reason, which is reflected throughout his work, is that he cares personally about the job details and his customer, and would never do anything below an excellent standard, which is worth every penny to me.  <br /> Thank you, Larry! <br />"
