"Victor showed up to power wash on Monday. He did an excellent job. The painters arrived the next day. The painting of the house itself went great. Umberto and Ian were excellent. They arrived on time and got right to work. They patched the stucco where it needed it and cleaned up everything when they were done. There was one little hitch on the trim of the house but Victor took care of it promptly. The only issue I did have was with the office person, Ivoneth. She only communicated through email, of which I am not a fan. When I did email her, she didn't seem to understand or didn't even bother to answer. And she seemed a little judgmental. I finally gave up on her and communicated directly with Victor. He was very receptive and answered all my questions and confirmed my work dates. I was very satisfied with the work that was done by Victor, Umberto and Ian. I would hire them again without any hesitation."

As with most deals on Angie's list the fine print noted that because of the high demand of this deal there might be a wait.  I was in no hurry so that didn't bother me.  I set up an appointment for an estimate with Phil Natale.  That part went as planned.  He told me he would email me an estimate.  I reminded him I had an Angie's List deal for $1299 and he said he would email me an estimate of what the actual cost was later that day.  I had to call him to remind him.  After I got the estimate I didn't hear from him again so I called him back about 2 weeks later to see if I could schedule a date for painting.  He laughed and said he would have to come out first to give me an estimate.  This was when I was beginning to get annoyed with his attitude and lack of organization.  He doesn't seem to be able to handle the volume of traffic he gets from Angie's List.  I told him he had already come out to my house for the estimate and he had to look through his notes to find my house.  The deal was for 2 colors so I chose my colors and asked if he could paint my front door a different color.  He said that wouldn't be a problem and he didn't charge me for the third color so that was really nice.  We scheduled my house to be painted on June 11th and 12th.   He called me late on June 3rd and told me he had to reschedule me for the next day (June 4th).  I had already put in for the time off (June 12th) at work so I could be here when they painted my door.  He said that I didn't have to be here when they painted and they could come back on my day off to paint the door. 
This is the part where he lost a couple of grades.  When he gave me the estimate we agreed the house would be painted yellow and the pop outs ( trim and anything that stood out from the flat wall) would be painted white.  Since I was at work when they painted and didn't get home until after dark I really didn't get to see how the house looked until the next day. They did a beautiful job on the house.  It looked great from the front.  However, when I went around to the back I noticed they had painted the whole back of the house yellow.  When the painters came back to paint the front door I told them they needed to paint the pop out around the back window white.  I was told they would have to talk to Phil and maybe come back another day.  When I didn't hear back from anyone after a few days I called Phil.  He told me his painter told him that the area wasn't a 'pop out' and if they painted it they would charge me extra.  I asked Phil to come out and look at it himself and tell me what he calls it when the area surrounding the window pops out from the rest of the wall.

  He said he would get back to me which he never did and that was the end of it.  I would never reccommend Pro Quality or use them again.  I don't have the time or the patience for someone who doesn't treat me as a valued customer.
