"We started the process of having a fence (vinyl & chain link) installed. The vinyl install was acceptable. There were a few hiccups with schedules, but it got done. The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."

"As a landlord, it is awful to get notice tenant is moving. Need a lot of work done and need it fast as time is rent lost. I could not have done it without Tony and his crew. Since it was a vacant home, I was not there regularly. Thank God Tony had initiative. A real self starter. He saw what needed to done, gave his recommendations and reasonable pricing. He had great ideas and I approved everything he thought we should do to bring this 40 year old house into the 21st century. The quality of work was excellent and I can’t believe how well it turned out. I want to move in! It is not just his work, but his character that I loved. As a single woman, I am always fearful that workers are out to get me. With Tony, I got the feeling that he was out to help me. Can’t recommend him more highly."

"Mega Power Electric is an excellent company to work with. Gary and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and will go out of their way to get the job done right. We installed panels and solar battery storage unit in our home and we're reaping the benefits of being clean and green."

"OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed."

"I was looking for a reliable contractor on a room addition and after long searching I decided to go with Nir and LA Expert Builders. Not only they gave me competitive price, Nir completely understood what I wanted to do and he was available in most acceptable time. I worked with many contractors in the past and I can say that LA Expert Builders are one of the best I worked with, maybe the best. I am fully satisfied with the outcome and would continue to work with this company!"

"Awesome! My neighbor thought the fence was on his side of the property, well it turns out that his fence was on my side of the property. Roger was able to show my neighbor the actual property line and everyone is happy!"

"2 person team completed the work quickly and cleanly. They found another part that was worn out and they went ahead and replaced it. I'm satisfied with the work that was done. I'd use them again."

"It was excellent. They were fine."

"Roger and Wayne are the very best. Professional and mindful of COVID -19 protocols best describes these two. They replaced my kitchen faucet and washer drip pan. The arrived on time with appropriate COVID protection. I needed a drip pan for the washer and they purchased for me and installed. They replaced the kitchen faucet and made sure that it worked. If you need home repairs or other services, Perkins and Sons is a good place to go. Professional service fees are more than reasonable. Highly recommended."
