"We hired Royal Renovators two years to completely redo our roof. Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but Mike, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. He also had to deal with picky neighbors. The work was done super well in one day. Fast forward this past summer, I heard a small leak. I texted Mike, he replied within 24 hours, and his team was back on the roof within 3 days - no questions asked and no $ required. It was fixed quickly and thoroughly. "Four Seasons Roofing installed a Diamond Roofing System on my house on 10/23/18. The whole experience was exceptional. Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed. I had received a call from their office staff to schedule installation date and expected time of arrival. The crew and material arrived 7:00AM as expected and work started immediately. This team was very professional and hard working. I was very impressed with the quality of work ethic and product they provided. "Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."
