"Joe and his team were great. Professional and precise. Widened doorway, extended cabinets to ceiling, and painted. Great work done by all."

"Very detailed about work. Large selection of awnings"

"I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"

"They enclosed my patio with screening. They did an excellent job! It was done in a very timely manner and left the property immaculate. Very professional. Would recommend"

"My yard has never looked better, a friend recommended Imagine Restorations to me a few weeks ago, I called them and I find out that they are owned by a Dad and 2 sons, River and Ryan, who is can't brag on enough, super professional, on time and superb workmanship, they went over and beyond for us, we ended up going for a cedar picket shadow box fence, they even out bid a close friend of mine, they did all this in 2 days practically, the wood was delivered a day in a half late so they had to improvise, if you need a fence or need a fence repaired, call Ryan or River over at Imagine Restorations. RIVER- (816)598-7860 and RYAN (573)289-9721... you won't regret doing business with these guys."

"This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck."

"Horizon Exteriors tore off a 35 yr. old sunroom and replaced it with a beautiful new one after raising the floor. Materials are greatly improved now. Communication was excellent. The builders were highly skilled. We can't say enough good things about this company."

"Archadeck built a screened in porch and added a deck to our house. I cannot say enough great things about the company and the professional people associated with Archadeck. Dan, who first came and made the proposal to us along with completing the necessary paperwork and drawings for the project to Craig, who supervised the work and delivery of materials. Everything about our project was done in a timely fashion and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nick and Rocky built the structures from the ground up. These 2 gentlemen are true craftsmen in the building and construction trade. From digging and pouring footings to actually building the porch and deck structures, Nick and Rocky worked hard and turned out a beautiful screened in porch and deck area for us to enjoy. They were kind and courteous and answered all of our questions during the build. The fit and finish and attention to detail by these pros is remarkable. We are truly happy with how everything turned out. Thanks goes to Nick and Rocky. We can highly recommend Archadeck to anyone considering adding a deck or a porch or any combination thereof to their home. From obtaining the necessary building permits from the city of Overland Park to working with the city inspector during construction to make sure all codes were complied with, Archadeck always got 100% approval from the inspector. Dan at Archadeck made sure that professional roofers and electricians were also used during the construction and he recommended a great landscaper (Red Oak Landscaping) that we are also using to give us the professional landscaping to complete the total look we wanted. We now have a wonderful screened in porch and a decked in area for my gas grill to enjoy the rest of our lives. If you want the best company to work with on your project and the best people doing the work, we suggest you give Archadeck an opportunity to speak with you."

"Luke did an amazing job on our sunroom. He is very professional, on time and on budget and corrected items that were addressed to him. I would/will hire him again if/when needed."
