"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. "Came right away to install proper chimney cap to prevent leaks when it rained. Then scheduled the new roof about a week later. The crew of 6 came on time at 0730 and ripped off the old roof and replaced it. They added two vents to properly vent attic. Then they cleaned up all around the house, porches and decks. They were hard workers, did a professional job at a competitive price and were fastidious about cleaning up. Highly satisfactory results.
