"After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Landmark Construction (Charlie) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Charlie and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. The most important thing for me (besides quality of work), was the communication between me and Charlie since I have a very busy schedule and Charlie was always responsive to all my requests.

We could not be happier with the final result. The work area was always left tidy, and all debris was hauled away. "It went great. They showed up on time every time. They communicated every step of the way. They were neat and tidy and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell any construction had gone on. They did the demo of the old kitchen tile and sink and hauled it all away. We chose a dark color granite we chose from the samples they brought over which looks great! They made it clear that 100 percent customer satisfaction is their goal and they fulfilled that. We were very happy with the outcome and the company is great to work with. I hope I have a chance to work with them again in the future.
