Their Techs showed up on time (I was their first appt of the day) and I explained my problem with my sprinklers and what I tried to fix. The tech checked out every aspect of the irrigation system, and after an hour or so gave me a full rundown. This included what caused the problem, the actions that have been taken to remedy the problem, the further action needed, and a time frame / cost of the further work. I don't think you can ask for more."

He not only fixed the known issues with the sprinkler system but when testing the system he was able to show me a few other issues that had started over the winter. Price was very fair for the work and was done quickly. He did a great job educating me about small fixes to the sprinklers."

"Rooks did some really good and beautiful work for me (though the work was mostly actually done by a different lawn service) however the job that I paid for was never completely finished.  1st, no liner was placed under the pine straw as I requested and had ready to use, so within a week I had weeds growing back in my gardens.  The edging never got placed. I actually paid someone else a great deal less than what was originally paid to Rooks to lay the edging.  I also requested to setup maintenance and follow-up. Once they were gone, I have yet to hear from them. 
I do hate it, because Chris and Gregg were very nice and good guys. Maybe just overwhelmed with work and quality failed a little.
