"He was very thorough and stuck with it til he found the problem and was able to fix it. He even had the parts needed with him so I didn't need to wait for a return visit. Dryer had stopped working and wouldn't start. The breaker was fine and the lint ducts were good. This was second time I had someone look at it. The first man replaced the overheating sensors and it worked for a couple of weeks. When it stopped again, I called Gregg's Appliances having gotten his name and number from Angie's List. He checked and replaced the sensors. When the dryer got hot and the sensors did not shut it down he then checked the heating element and found that it had a wire broken which was causing the heater to overheat and blow the sensors stopping the dryer from working which is what they were supposed to do so there would be no fire. He replaced the heating element and the sensors and the dryer is working great with no overheating. Would definitely recommend him. I would have saved some money if I had called him first. <br />"

"They guy who came out didn't really seem to know how to fix it, he was just the guy who gave the estimate.  He was here too long and I couldn't get rid of him.  They seem to have a diverse group that work for them, which is good, but they were too expensive.  I had other estimates too and I didn't understand why he didn't do 2 separate estimates because one was electrical and the other one was a repair, so it would be done by 2 different people.  The guy was professional, but he was here for a long time.  I know my neighbors used them because they have a sign in their yard and that's where I got the number. "
