I spoke to the lady in the office and informed her we were in a Condo on 9 floor and she assured me they had the equipment no problem. On the day of service the guy informed us that there was an extra $50 dollars because we were on the 9 floor but the lady I spoke with never mentioned this to me when I confirmed the quote and date. We felt this was dishonest for a business who doesn?t stand by their customers we had no choice but to pay since we had an event and neeed the carpets cleaned ! I chose Jamie because he is very knowledgeable, always available (day or night, week or weekend) to answer questions. His calculation is perfect ( no shortage or overage of tiles) and his price is competitive. His crew did A great job to install the tiles, baseboards in the living room, stay and bedrooms. I had them again to install the floor and backsplash for the kitchen, truly enjoyed working with Jamie and his team."
