His bid was the lowest for replacing our electric panel, the riser to the house (FPL house connect) and the meter socket. We were having a whole house generator installed and they requested, last minute, that the panel be replaced. Zack was able to get our permit and set up a date with FPL in a timely fashion. I price compared two companies, Reliable was a bit more money but I liked the salesman and I believed the picture he painted. So much for "reliable", they are nothing of the sort.
