This company is owned and managed by a gentleman who has impeccable honesty and expertise. He scheduled my service call within 3 days and arrived on time. He immediately determined the problem thereby not charging me for any unnecessary diagnostic fees. He was able to get the warranty to cover a replacement and only charged a fair and reasonable fee for the installation. I can assure you there are many companies who would have just charged me for a new controller. He checked the entire system and rearranged the watering rotation. He set the system to completely comply with water restrictions and was professional and totally knowledgeable. I would recommend Triton to anyone in SWFL who needs any services for irrigation systems. All I can say is that a company doesn't get on Angie's Super list unless they deserve it. "Johnny and his team were fantastic! I needed new grass out front and contacted a different company here in the Port Charlotte area. They quoted me $2000 more for the Sod and install than what J-N-C did. And, the other company quoted Bahia. J-N-C installed St. Augustine! I had also hired a different company to fix the irrigation system. They quoted me double the amount that JNC ended up doing it for. Johnny and his team were great, friendly and went beyond what I expected. They cleaned up the work area when they were finished and everything looks great! "Requested an irrigation tuneup and controller for Received an appointment within days and technician was prompt and kept in touch over the phone. Was quoted $79; however, paid 3 x as much for a controller reset and irrigation tune up. Would not have minded the increase cost if a complete irrigation tune up was performed- had to hire another company to check the sprinklers because the lawn was dry and dying. Was told by second company that some of the sprinkler heads were not able to elevate due to depth of grass around the sprinkler heads which blocked the spray,— should have been an easy fix. As result had to pay a second lawn service to repeat the tune-up. Not sure I would hire again which is unfortunate- technician seemed very nice."

"One day after changing out a few broken sprinkler heads, and replacing my sprinkler system I noticed a decrease in my water pressure. I called Mike, he returned the next day. Turns out it was a clogged filter from the reclaimed well. Mike could have easily charged me for a replacement, instead he removed the filter, cleaned it up, then reconnected the filter. Issue resolved at no charge. Mike now has a loyal customer. I strongly recommend him."
