This company is owned and managed by a gentleman who has impeccable honesty and expertise. He scheduled my service call within 3 days and arrived on time. He immediately determined the problem thereby not charging me for any unnecessary diagnostic fees. He was able to get the warranty to cover a replacement and only charged a fair and reasonable fee for the installation. I can assure you there are many companies who would have just charged me for a new controller. He checked the entire system and rearranged the watering rotation. He set the system to completely comply with water restrictions and was professional and totally knowledgeable. I would recommend Triton to anyone in SWFL who needs any services for irrigation systems. All I can say is that a company doesn't get on Angie's Super list unless they deserve it. They quoted me $2000 more for the Sod and install than what J-N-C did. And, the other company quoted Bahia. J-N-C installed St. Augustine! I had also hired a different company to fix the irrigation system. They quoted me double the amount that JNC ended up doing it for. "Our 20 year old sprinkler system was in need of an overhaul because over the years the turf had become deeper and the sprinkler heads did not pop up high enough to adequately water the lawn and plants. We also had heads that were not retracting or even popping up due to overgrown grass. JP came out to inspect the system. He was great to work with, and very knowledgeable. He gave us a very fair quote for the work, which was just completed today in a timely and workmanlike fashion to our great satisfaction. Fixing the irrigation is our first step in redoing our complete landscape. Gary, the owner, came out to take a look at what needs to be done with the new plants. He really knows what he is talking about. I worked for a number of years in turf management when in college, so I know when someone is an expert. "I needed a sprinkler system because I was getting a new lawn and didnt want to be dragging hoses around morning and night for 30 days. I didnt know how much sprinklers cost so I called 5 companies. One was for 2,500. Two were was for 1,500 and one person never called me back and the last company could get me an appointment until the next week. I said thank you and was disappointed because these were too high for me and I couldn t afford them. I then got a call from Sunrise and I told them the situation, that I didnt have a lot of money and was retired, but they wanted to come out and give me a quote anyway, just so I knew how much to save for. I told him I would need it right away this week because I had the lawn people coming out the next Monday. Ryan came out and gave me a decent quote that I could afford and I told him I would have to check with my finances and give him a call back. Well I checked and I was able to call him immediately and tell him yes, I wanted the system. Ryan told me he could have someone come out the next morning to start installation. I was ecstatic because I knew the time crunch I was under. Ryan and his team came out the next morning and started work. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing and got right to it. Within Id say an hour and a half to two hours I had a complete system installed. They showed me how to use the timer and showed me where they set the sprinklers and how it encompassed the complete lawn. I was very happy and would recommend Sunrise to all my friends and family. I will be calling them back when I have enough money to add the side and back yard as a zone. Thank you Sunrise. You made me very happy."
