"<p>I called Van Franey Plumbing at 7:30 on March 25th, requesting an estimate for fixing a leak from the tub faucet and to repair or replace the stopper which would not lock into the engaged position.  I received a promised call back within the hour with an estimate ranging from $180-$240 (depending on the need for new parts). Upon agreement, I was told I should expect someone at the house by around 10:30.  I couldn't believe someone would be there the same day, let alone within a couple of hours.  </p> <p>At 10:05, I answered to the door and was greeted by Ras, a most pleasant, neatly-dressed, always-smiling plumber who quickly proved himself to be most knowledgeable and super-efficient despite my pestering him with questions.  He patiently explained what he was doing and why, but never stopping his work.</p> <p>He was done in 15 minutes, and the cost, including both new parts came in below the low end of the estimated range I had received.  All of this was arranged for, and accomplished, to meet a very tight morning schedule with clients at my home office.  I never dreamed service and pricing would be like this for plumbing services.  I honestly had never heard of the company's name prior to searching for a plumber on Angie's List.  But the site reviews were consistently outstanding.  I am glad I made that call, and will share their contact information with anyone who asks.  Without hesitation.  It was a small job, as plumbing issues go, but I was treated like a major contractor.</p> <br />"

"We have a well system for our house and we ran out of water. While not an expert, I checked the obvious possible causes and determined that there was a failure at the pump end. My wife was going crazy with no water and I had to get it fixed quickly. Being new to Cape Coral, I did not know who to call, so I called the home inspector who inspected our house when I purchased it. I had seen that he was very professional, knowledgeable and honest, so I trusted any referral that he might give. He referred me to Youngquist Brothers as being very good. I called them that morning and everything was fixed by that afternoon. The repairman, Daniel, came and started troubleshooting the problem, quickly confirming that there was a problem with a wiring short. He pulled the pump and pipe out and testing the wiring to see if it was just a wiring short and not the pump(which would have saved me some money). I liked it that he just didn't jump to saying the pump was bad (honesty). However the pump did turn out having an internal short. At that point he replaced the pump, 120 feet of pipe and wiring and thoroughly tested everything. He then took a look at my water conditioning system and addressed another issue that I had had, quickly fixing it also. My water system works perfectly now. I was very impressed with this company, from the quick dispatching to the excellent service that the repairman gave. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient (I was with him the whole time asking questions), but most of all, very honest. I am a do-it-yourself person and I liked the quality of work that he did. I now know where to call if I have anymore well/water system problems and who to refer my friends and neighbors to!"
