"We had a problem with the flat roof.. There was extensive water damage. I called a number of companies. Aastro was the first to show up, and the only company that actually did roof repairs. Frankie came out and did an inspection of the roof. In addition to the water damage he found a number of holes in the ridge vent. He gave us estimates on minimal repairs to the water damage and the holes in the shingled portion of the roof and a more comprehensive repair and silicone coating for the flat roof. That was the route we chose. It was little more than I expected. But with TS Erin still undecided about where she was going to land we decided to go with it.
