"It went as well as I would have expected, which is perfectly (I always expect perfection). We have about 840 sq feet of stone floor with extremely dirty grout lines. AGS came in and cleaned the floor and that got the grout back to about half good and then they stained the grout lines and that brought back the original color and the floor is gorgeous. We are really pleased. It was pretty expensive, but the guy spent four days doing it and the result is oh so worth it. We have our new floor back!"

"This was my first experience with each of the services that Burrous Bros. provided.  I was surprised at what seemed to be a higher cost than I expected.  Frank Burrous explained that the products for sealing and stain resistant treatments are costly.  I decided to proceed with the work since it isn't done very often. <br /> Frank and the Burrous staff were outstanding.  Frank followed with me throughout the scheduling, estimating, and service processes. He asked if I had any questions about the items he estimated or the services that would be performed.  Didier the technician was very professional doing the work and had tools to make sure that the long hose from his van through my home didn't mark up the walls.  He was very methodical and paced himself to ensure that the work was done completely and thoroughly. <br /> Once finished, I was given printed information on what action to take (if any) to keep each of the items optimally clean and, if necessary, to call if there were any issues or dissatisfaction. After the work was completed, I was contacted again by Frank to confirm whether or not I was satisfied with the work done as well as asked if I had any questions. <br /> In my estimation, the name Burrous means GREAT customer satisfaction.  I recommend them to anyone who is considering similar type of cleaning services for their home or business. <br />"

"Appleby did a terrific job.  I've never had the floors professionally cleaned in the 16 years I've owned the house, and these floors are in the kitchen and family room, the two most heavily used rooms in the house.  It was easy to schedule the estimate and I appreciated that they sent an email confirming the time and even providing a picture of the person who would be coming to my house. They were on time for the estimate, and flexible in scheduling the job quickly, even accommodating last minute changes in my schedule without complaint.  They said their guys would be here between 8:30 and 9:00 am and they were here at 8:45.  They said they'd be done by about 3:00 and they finished by 2:30.  The two workers on site immediately covered their shoes and all parts of the other floors that they were stepping on.  They were extremely polite and professional.  They moved furniture without complaint and did not leave a scrap of paper or speck of dust in their wake.  Most importantly, the tiles look far better than I ever imagined -- truthfully I wasn't expecting much given their condition, but I am truly pleased with the result. They did offer to do one extra service  but not in a pushy way and when I said no that was the end of the conversation, no repeated attempt. I would definitely use them again. <br />"
