I could go on and on about how understanding he was to my family, our financial situation and timeline, but to get straight to point, we are so happy with the outcome of our kitchen. We made budget and able to get everything accomplished. I appreciate Jose Luis’ thoughtfulness on showing options to consider such as grout color, using pencils on the wall and sizes of tile. I also greatly appreciate how he and his team contain the work area to avoid dirt carrying to other rooms. I came home on the last day and you would have never known there had been major repairs going on. CLEAN! I’ll be calling him next year for bathroom remodel for sure. I’m relieved to have met such a trustworthy person/company who makes customer satisfaction their number one priority."

"Emrah and his team were very involved in making sure my bathroom tile project had the best possible outcome. He suggested the best type/size of tile, grout color, edging etc. that would create the best look. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did not take shortcuts or worry about the amount of time he had to spend on the project to make sure it was right. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. I have other projects at the house in mind and plan to hire Emrah in the near future."

We also hired Dave to relocate our front door to the front of our home and add in 2 windows. Dave and crew did both beautifully. The 1 big room looks amazing and the finish work of sheet rocking, tapping, floatings and texturing look awesome!!! My super picky mom even said it looks good (major score there). The front door and windows are so cute and are ready for me to start decorating. I am not going to say this project was without hiccups because this is construction and that is impossible. But Dave and team handled each one with ease and got everything done fabulously. Their communication is fast and they were punctual every morning which I appreciated more than I can express.
