"We had a small job but I was very pleased with the service outcome as I had an overall pleasant experience from initial contact to completion of the install. Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first. <br /> Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future. <br />"

"Jason was the ultimate professional, went over and above to help me choose the stone and accommodated after hour communications and meetings. Samples were provided to assist in selections in my home. The completed job is absolutely beautiful and very happy that I listened to Jason's recommendations and guidance. They were able to limit to a single seam and it is smooth as glass. Take care if you are reusing your existing faucet, the crew will uninstall as part of the service but as with most granite installers, they do not reinstall. It may be prudent to have a plumber uninstall as well. At the end of the day, the price was fair & competitive, the customer service impeccable and my kitchen looks wonderful. I would hire again!"

"MARK DID A FANTASTIC JOB!  My house is now 10 years old and the tile grout has grown discolored and dingy looking. I did some searching and found Lone Star earned several high online customer satisfaction ratings so I checked out their website and saw they could stain the grout a different color.  I really didn't want to change the color of the grout but I thought it was the best option to hide future discoloration.  I called Lone Star last week and spoke with Mark.  Mark was direct, to the point, and actually talked me out of unnecessarily spending more money to stain the the grout.  After asking a few questions, he mined out what I really wanted- the same grout color but without growing dirty in the near future.   He quickly, clearly, and professionally explained what he would do, quoted me a square foot price, and set up an appointment.   <br> <br>Today was my appointment. Mark called me 45 minutes ahead of time, as he said he would, to give me advanced notice that he was on his way.   He arrived a few minutes ahead of our appointment time, measured the tiled areas, showed me a sample cleaning area to ensure I'd be satisfied with the end product, and gave me a final quote.   <br> <br>Well, the end result looks fantastic!  The tile grout looks like it did the day the tile was installed 10 years ago.  I also received a bit of an education on how to keep the grout looking fresh and clean. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience with Mark and Lone Star Tile & Grout Cleaning.   <br> <br>Some other comments I would use to describe my experience are: <br> <ul> <li>Professional Appearance of person, vehicle, and equipment</li> <li>Efficient</li> <li>Conscientious of my furniture, cabinets, and other floors</li> </ul> <br> <br>"

"The wallpaper and backing was stripped, any problem areas fixed, texture applied, oil based primer applied and 2 coats of semi-gloss paint applied in 4 days. There were some areas on the trim that needed to be sanded and painted after counter tops were previously put in, which they took care of. Everything was covered and cleaned up and the bathroom was left in reasonably clean condition. Had issues with a previous painter that left everything a mess...but not this crew! Very happy with the job and will definitely use them again."
