"I purchased two deals for garage door tune-ups. When Scott arrived, he pointed out other issues that I might want to address (i.e., rollers, springs, and safety cables). No hard sell...just recommendations. I opted to do the recommended work. Consequently, Brandon came the next day to service my garage doors. Both Scott and Brandon were great. They explained the work that needed to be done and worked diligently to complete the work to my and their satisfaction. i didn't realize how noisy my garage doors had become until after they had been serviced. The doors are a lot quieter now and run smoothly. I anticipate some additional work in the future and will definitely hire Doors Done Right again."

"We had an incredibly good experience with Precision Garage Door this week. Our garage door separated from the track and the supports broke loose from the wall of our garage. I called Precision and then sent a technician, Danny Salas, to our home to repair the door. He was excellent and fixed the door in no time. He was courteous and very efficient. We could not be happier with his work. Even better, Precision reminded me that they had done work on our garage door in 2017 and they covered the entire repair under their warranty from that previous call. Excellent experience all around! We too are customers for life!"
