"An absolute savior and perfect professional. After getting ripped off 4 times for shoddy work by other unprofessional muppets, this company saved the day. We hadn't slept in 6 days of boiling heat and humidity because of missed appointments and broken promises from 4 other companies. Including the one that we found out later ripped us off and left us flat. KNF fixed everything. Communication , dedication to craft, follow through, were exceptional. He came back just to check on his work and honor his workmanship and denied a tip just because he wanted to make sure we were up and running and comfortable finally.
