Great communication, detailed contact prior to starting outlining scope of work, so we knew we were on the same page with everything that needed to be done. Extremely hard working, kept to schedule even though we threw some curve balls their way. Knowledgeable, remedied previous contractors mistakes in structural additions. Very fair and honest, went above and beyond to change several things that we changed throughout the process. Fair price and good, transparent accounting of materials and costs. They do it all, structural, shelving, electrical, paint.. and anything they did not have immediate expertise in, Rus had a guy or two we got quotes from (tile, etc.). We will definitely call these guys again with any projects we need done. Highly recommend. Good job!!"

"If you need any add-ons, decks, remodels or construction projects done, I would highly recommend Curtis as your go to man. He built a shop with a foundation for me from the ground up and the project went very smoothly. The final build meets city, county, and HOA guidelines and looks awesome. He has a good working relationship with city/county planners and inspectors. He works with some great excavators, cement foundation contractors, electricians, and painters. "The installers did a great job installing both the windows and doors. Very clean and professional installation. The only negative would be a miscommunication on window function. We initially looked at a Pella vinyl window that had a night latch which we liked. These were west and south facing windows so we wanted to go with something more durable and decided on Pella fiberglass windows. When we asked if the fiberglass model had all the same features, we were told by TVE yes. However, these particular windows apparently don't come with a night latch. The double hungs were also somewhat difficult to close both upper and lower windows. TVE called the Pella rep and asked them to set up a review with us to check function and to see if anything could be done to add a night latch. I very much appreciated TVE's proactive approach on this relatively minor issue."
