We were able to set an appointment date and time that followed the availability of a replacement window and he was very punctual!. Jose was very respectful of my property and bathroom, took the time to clean his shoes each entry and put down protective covering in the bathtub where he needed to put a ladder. His work was quick and efficient. During the install, he explained what he was doing next. When completed, he cleaned the area so that it looked as if he hadn't been there. I have already recommended him to friends who also need windows replaced. Would definitely have him repair/replace other windows if the need occurs."
