"January 2017 my boiler went out, I called them, they sent out a guy and told me there wasn’t anything he could do. So the following day I talked to a sales person and then they sent out two guys to install around 1PM. 6AM the following morning they had it installed. March of the same year I had them install ductless AC for me. A sales guy came out, planned locations and unit sizes. After that a couple days later a installer came buy to okay the locations and unit sizes. About a week later two installers came buy and installed the AC. For the plumbing part I had a leaking pipe on the second floor, they sent out a guy the following day that I called. When the guy came out he found the problem, made a hole in the wall, updated the price and repaired the hole in the pipe. The plumber kind of rushed b/c I think he lived in the burbs and didnt want to stay long and go home. The second time I used their plumbing service I was looking to get a bathtub installed. They sent a guy out, he looked at it, said the wall needed to be extended, quoted me $900, gave me a pen for his remodelling company and left. Needless to say, I installed the tub myself and didn’t need to extend the wall."

The job was done with the highest degree of professionalism and the cost was reasonable. I was so pleased that I scheduled a second appointment on 11/23/2015 for power4 rodding and to install bathroom faucet.

The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.

"Jonathon explained what needed to be done and explained the cost up-front. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about plumbing. He worked very hard and was able to clear the line. The B rating is due to the cost. The line was hydro-jetted and camera inspected for $913 (~300 for the camera, ~600 for the hydro-jetting). I feel the camera inspection did not show much, because part of the line still had standing water and had globs grease, even after the line was hydro-jetted for an hour. Jonathon explained that line was very badly clogged with years of built up grease and he explained that for additional costs how to fix this problem. Since we tested the line, with a full sink of water, and it empty very fast, I was happy with the results. But I still feel $913 was a lot, since I have see other plumbers offer this service for 1/2 of this price."
