"When we first reached out to E&D, Elcio got in touch with us quickly and was out for an estimate within just a few days. He worked with us to pick the right materials for our needs and when we changed our mind about exactly where to run the fence, he was out to do a second estimate without hesitation. The quality of the work is top notch. The panels flow so well over the rough ground that you'd hardly notice where the panels slope and where they are level unless you were looking for it, and regardless it just looks good. The job to install over 200 feet of fence was done in a single day for a fair price and we are so pleased with the results. As a side note, a freak wind storm knocked an entire tree through one of our panels just a week after installation and Elcio had one of his guys out a few days later to do the repair. You will not regret choosing E&D."

The fence has withstood a New England winter, without any metal hardware rusting or loosening up in the ground come springtime. Every worker was friendly, accommodating for all of our questions and needs, and even moved up our fence installation in order to have it finished before a housewarming party we were hosting outside! They put up a quality fence with about 190 feet of PVC privacy vinyl and 70 feet of black chain link in 1 day. The best part about this company besides their friendly demeanor was the price! "From the quote to the follow up I was so happy with the entire process. The work is not contracted out. It was done by the family who owns the company and their employees. They were quick, considerate and accommodating to the fact I had other work going on and they had to deal with dig safe because of the gas pipeline in my yard. The price was great and right on target with my numerous other quotes. They had a wonderful selection of fences and actually listened and asked questions. I have done a lot of work on my house and this company far exceeds any of the contractors I have used so far. So much so that I have never written a review before. "Morgan and crew were great to work with. The total work took place over about six months of time, with many stalls, all of which were attributed to either waiting for a permit, or weather problems. Morgan and his workers maintain a crazy schedule, working sometimes as much as 12 hours a day 7 days a week. As far as I could tell they didn't break for anything. The only day they didn't work was St Patrick's day and the Monday afterwards, even then Morgan called to let me know what was going on ;) 
 Morgan had all the qualities I would look for an an outstanding contractor: He was a great communicator, he was always on time, and he paid attention to detail. I always knew what was happening, how it was going to happen, and what the problems could be/were. He assisted us by giving good advice on price/quality trade offs of various building approaches. He always made good suggestions and eagerly worked with us if we took his advice or not ;) He was easy to work with, always flexible when we wanted changes at the last minute, or if something was done, and once we saw it we wanted it a different way. (Like our bay window rebuild where we wanted one type of window, but once everything was in, we wanted it changed); he dealt with it, returned the windows and got the ones we wanted - no extra cost, simply outstanding. 
Despite working for months on several phases of a major house overhaul, there was only one major problem, which was resolved quickly and professionally. While framing our new front porch, they framed the wrong size openings for the windows. When the windows arrived, they worked like mad men to re-frame the porch, and in the end they caught up to schedule, did a great job, and never complained. It turned out great. Over the same time there were from time to time several minor problems, including a good pillow-case which was used to stop up a toilet drain by one of the demolition team. Also, the electrician Morgan used was not particularly good with details. Both of these problems Morgan addressed promptly and professionally.
Overall the work and team was top notch and we expect to use them again in the future for our Kitchen and Attic.
