"After calling a number of contractors for quotes on this project, we decided to go with KFG, as the pictures of Kevin's work looked really good, and he was extremely responsive and professional when I reached out to him to come take a look at the job ad provide a estimate. "We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "We had a fairly new home that was 4 years old when we started to see cracks in the foundation. And whenever it rain heavy, water was seeping through the cracks on to the floor.  I called several people to come out and they gave me many different options as to how they would fix it. I was not happy with the advice until a contractor told me about Crack-X. It took several phone calls to finally get a call back. But I was given a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment at the same time. The employee (Alex ) who showed up was terrific. He explained what he was going to do and proceeded to complete the job. It took several hours to finish the job. He mentioned that their work has a 10 year warranty.
