The wood under the threshold was completely rotted. Adi made 3 trips to the local hardware store to get the right materials to replace everything that needed replacing. No shortcuts. When I noticed some gapping the next day, he came right back and made adjustments. The door is seated securely and looks great. Overall, quick, gracious, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend."

It was a complicated job because it involved structural elements. Monty clearly knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. He ended up doing more than I'd asked for on his own initiative at no extra charge. My house is close to a hundred years old, so I am experienced in getting work done.
