They poured water on the floors and scrubbed them such that they also buckled. Everything had to be redone. They would not accept responsibility, They literally RUINED the rooms they were in when they came to clean dust. Just dust. The crews tried to blame the A/V techs who were working in another part of the house and didn’t have any equipment on them but tablets for programming. But we quickly saw that lack of accountability starts with the owner, who has never called back. Upon researching how this company could have become so incompetent,, I learned they over priced services when people’s home insurance will pay. This once was an honest business. Now, it is NOT. It is a hazard to bring them into your home. It is corruption."
